Elements Studio Rebrand
The Project:
I produced a full rebrand for Elements Studio, a design-led practice delivering projects across design, manufacture, and installation. The studio’s work spans bespoke architectural elements, with a strong heritage in designing and producing custom staircases and crafted wooden components. My aim was to create an identity that could accurately represent the breadth of their expertise while remaining clear, flexible, and scalable across multiple applications.
The outcome was a considered visual system that supports Elements Studio’s end-to-end process, from early design involvement through off-site manufacture and final on-site installation. The rebrand was designed to work across digital, print, and physical environments, adapting seamlessly to different contexts while maintaining a strong, recognisable presence.

Rationale:
The rebrand was driven by the need to visually communicate Elements Studio’s balance of precision, craftsmanship, and collaboration. I developed a modular brand system built around three core elements, reflecting the studio’s service offering: design, manufacture, and installation. These elements can be swapped in and out depending on context, allowing the identity to flex while remaining cohesive.
The “E” icon was influenced by the studio’s background in bespoke staircase design and architectural woodwork. Its form references structure, movement, and elevation, subtly nodding to the technical and crafted nature of their work. This architectural influence grounds the identity in the studio’s making process, reinforcing a connection between design intent and physical construction.
A responsive design system was implemented to ensure the brand scales effectively across all touchpoints. From large-format applications to small digital assets, the system adapts without losing clarity or impact. Overall, the rebrand positions Elements Studio as a confident, design-focused practice with a strong technical foundation, while giving them a flexible identity that can grow and evolve alongside their projects.
